Chief Initiates Officer — Mentor and Builder of Pathways
Chief Initiates Officer
A steady presence for new members, Miss Dibler supports pilots as they find their footing — blending practical guidance with patience and good humor. Her play spans PvE and mining with a growing focus on PvP fundamentals and corp operations.
Strengths include mining, Abyssals, and mission running (L1–L4). She is actively developing skills in PvP, exploration, and contributing to the FOB Squad. Day to day, you’ll often find her assisting initiates, organizing resources, or quietly working through goals that lift the whole chapter.
Where you’ll most often find Miss Dibler at work
Regular highsec mining and resource gathering, supporting corp logistics and member progression.
Mission running (L1–L4) and Abyssal practice to sharpen mechanics that translate into fleet roles.
Building confidence in small‑gang fundamentals, exploration workflow, and FOB Squad readiness.
From a 2018 start to re‑joining the stars in 2024
Introduced to EVE in 2018, then stepped away as work and life took priority. Returned in 2024 to pick up the journey with fresh energy and intention.
Began with ore mining and sought a corp for challenge and social play. An initial mining corp was out of timezone and largely inactive. Virtus Crusade offered the right fit: active, values‑driven, and supportive of growth.
Joined VIC‑HC to train and develop skills, and now serves new pilots while continuing to advance personal goals.
Most often found in Azerakish — mining or running missions — with occasional dives into Abyssals (up to L3 so far; the first ship loss is a rite of passage). Recently joined the VIC main chapter for new low/null experiences.
The focus is steady growth: build core competencies, contribute to the team, and keep learning.
